After having breakfast at the hotel, depart for Lake Manyara which is situated at the foothill of Great Rift Valley escarpment. Expect to see many game animals including buffalos, elephants, impalas, hippos, giraffes alongside others. Eventually you will arrive and stay overnight at beautiful Lake Manyara, which Ernest Hemingway once called the “The loveliest lake in Africa.” In this national park, you’ll have the maximum chance of spotting the unique tree climbing lions which sit atop branches of high trees.

LAKE MANYARA-SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti National Park (driving time some 4 hours, but with plenty to see on the way!) En route you will see grazing zebras, antelopes and giraffes and sometimes some buffalos hiding in the bush. Serengeti National Park comprises half of the South Serengeti ecosystem while the other half of the ecosystem falls into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You’ll have a chance to see lions, elephants, zebras, baboons, wildebeests, monkeys, hippos, rhinos, antelopes along with many bird population, but that primarily depends upon the time of the year and the migration route of the herd. antelopes and many birds and other species. SERENGETI – OLDUVAI GORGE – NGORONGORO CRATER

After breakfast you leave for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After you’ve arrived at Ngorongoro, you’ll take a wonderful game drive as you descend down the crater. After breakfast half day game drive at Ngorongoro with your picnic lunch then departs to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for your flight at 16:00hrs to Zanzibar, then transfer from Zanzibar Airport to North Coast Nungwi at Amaan Beach Bungalows.
